For the best effect of the product on your body, each of our product has a different design, therefore, different size chart.

Please look at the size chart in the image sector, and choose your suitable size for each product.

If you want to have the best compressing effect, you can choose according to the size chart, and the product will look a little bit small in real life, but it will fit you perfectly and make your waist much smaller.

If you want to be more comfortable, and be able to wear the product all day, please choose one size larger than your actual size.

We recommend our beloved customers, if possible, to buy two products with two different sizes for different purposes and occasions.
